Payment and Attendance:

• 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or re-booking is required unless in the case of an emergency. Should I receive less than 24 hours’ notice without good reason, half of a session fee will become payable.

• Should it become necessary for me to re-book or cancel a session, I will give you 24 hours’ notice, unless in the case of an emergency. If I am unable to give 24 hours’ notice, I will provide a complimentary session.

• A client who is more than 15 minutes late without prior arrangement or notice, forfeits the appointment and half the session fee for the appointment then becomes payable.

•  The Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist  uses Stripe for credit card, debit card transactions. You can e-transfer to  info@yourauthenticself.ca  You may also pay via PayPal  Note: All sessions are applicable to GST sales tax. 

•  Fees: 1  regular session is $ 175 including the  GST.

• I offer seniors  and students discounted fees of $155 including GST

• I offer discounts on packages of sessions when they are prepaid. 10% off 3 , 15% off 6, 20% off 10. 

• Groups of 3 or 6 repaid sessions are to be used within one year of purchase. There is no deadline for using the package of 10 prepaid sessions.

• Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Hypnotherapy:
 

o A hypnosis/hypnotherapy session is not guaranteed every appointment as it may become necessary to discuss new developments that arise during the treatment.

o Hypnosis/hypnotherapy sessions may run between 40 – 50 minutes.

o The number of sessions is variable to each individual and to each goal.

o Results may not be evident until a few sessions into our work together.

o For best results a client should be willing to explore whatever the Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy directs us to explore.

o Follow up sessions are sometimes necessary.

o Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric care, services, or counseling. The Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist does not treat, prescribe for, or diagnose any conditions.

o Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy may be terminated by client at any time. Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy may be terminated by the therapist upon completion of goal, if a client is negligent in making payments or at the Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist’s  discretion.

Please note that all communications between Linda Sevilla (Campbell)  of The Ascension Center for Higher Consciousness and you, the client, are confidential unless you indicate on my intake for that I may use details of our sessions for educational purposes. Should you indicate your consent to have details used, any identifying characteristics will be left out to maintain your anonymity.

In the case that you indicate that I may not use the details  of our sessions for educational purposes,   your information will not be discussed orally or in writing. However, I am bound by ethical and legal obligations to break this confidentiality under the following circumstances’:

• If there is any reason to believe that there is an occurrence of child, elder, or dependent adult abuse or neglect.

• If there is reason to believe that you have serious intent to harm yourself, someone else or property by a violent act you may commit.

• If you disclose that you knowingly develop, duplicate, print, down-load, stream or access through any electronic or digital media or exchanges, a film, photograph, video in which a child is engaged in any act of  sexual conduct.
