What is "Your Authentic Self"?

We all come into the world fully expressive; We cry out when we need something, We explore our worlds and our bodies freely without shame, guilt or fear. We cry out when we are hungry and stop eating when we are full. We fingerpaint with wild abandon and allow ourselves to dream big. Anything is a possibility--- we can be whatever we want, we believe in magic and in ourselves. So...what happens? As adults we find ourselves closed off to our creative, dreaming selves. We talk ourselves out of things and let fear interfere. We let the concerns, expectations and experiences of other people dictate what we can and cannot achieve in our own lives. We lose touch with out authentic selves!

 How do we go back to being those open, fearless, confident souls that we are?
