Manifesting as an INTERNAL Process

When I was a kid, I believed in Santa Claus bringing me presents and the Tooth Fairy leaving me money for my teeth. As I grew older and started exploring spirituality, it felt like the same idea—asking some outside entity or deity for the things I wanted. Later, when I learned about manifesting, it seemed like I was asking the Universe to grant my desires. The common thread in all of this was the belief that I was powerless and had to rely on something external to get what I wanted.
But here’s the truth: we’re not powerless—we’re powerful. There’s no Santa Claus (too soon?), no Tooth Fairy, and it’s not the Universe gifting us things because we prayed, visualized, or asked in just the right way. We are the creators. We are the Universe. What we create doesn’t come from outside of us—it comes from within.
This shift in perspective has been incredibly empowering for me. Instead of seeing myself as a powerless victim of external circumstances, I now see myself as a powerful creator capable of achieving and having anything I desire. This realization changes everything. If we see ourselves as powerless, we impress that belief onto our subconscious mind, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. It’s like the adult elephant tethered to a tiny stake, believing it can’t move because it tried as a baby and failed, so it gave up trying. How we see ourselves changes everything.
Manifestation, as I see it now, is an internal process. It’s about clearing negative beliefs about yourself—feelings of unworthiness, undeservingness, or “not enoughness.” It’s about getting clear on what you truly want and understanding the “why” behind it. For example, we might say we want money, but often there’s a deeper need. Maybe money represents freedom, security, attention, or love—things we feel we’ve been missing.
My process also involves clearing negative associations with what you want on a subconscious level. If your subconscious mind believes relationships are threatening because you witnessed conflict growing up, it will repel relationships, no matter how much your conscious mind desires them. The subconscious broadcasts louder than the conscious mind, so we must get it on board.
My process is about impressing your intention onto your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is the part of you connected to the quantum field. When you can communicate what you want to your subconscious in a language it understands—using emotions, imagery, and sensory input—you align yourself with what you desire. You in effect select it from the "catalogue," that is the qunatum field. Then, it’s about being aware of the nudges your subconscious gives you to take inspired action and staying in a high-vibrational state to make manifestation easier.
This shift in perspective has changed how I see myself and the world.
