“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” — Nikola Tesla

Humans have understood for centuries that sound has a profound effect on the human body and mind. Ever since our discovery of music and shamanistic chanting, we have been pushing the boundaries of how the healing effects of sounds and frequencies can be measured.

So what are the healing frequencies of the human body? Certain frequencies of sound are used as part of therapies in order to manipulate human brainwaves to promote healing of the body and mind. Sound frequency healing has been used to treat several different kinds of ailments such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and disorders of the nervous system.

When your body starts to misfire, it is usually accompanied by a change in the basic frequency of the cells caused by exposure to a disruptive foreign frequency. For instance, a cancer cell emits a radically different frequency than that of a healthy cell.

It stands to reason that if unhealthy frequencies such as WiFi signals can disrupt cellular function and alter the cell’s vibration to such an extent that its ability to send, receive, and accurately interpret signals is compromised, then the introduction of the appropriate healthy frequency will restore that cell to balance through the properties of resonance.

You can use different sound frequencies to "hack" your brainwaves and promote physical healing. By using specific rhythms and frequencies, you can downshift your brain from the beta state (normal consciousness) to the theta state (relaxed consciousness) and even the delta state (where internal healing can occur).

There are several approaches to using sound frequency to heal. I use two approaches. One is based on the Solfeggio frequencies, the other is based on the chakra system.
